Integrate your ImmersivTour using a lightbox

Overview

For best results we recommend embedding an ImmersivTour into a website using a lightbox and an overlay image. A lightbox is a popup that appears on top of the page’s content while the rest of the website is inactivated and dimmed out. As such, a lightbox makes sure the user focuses on the popup rather than the rest of the screen as well as keeping the user on the website.

Before you start

Once we have completed post production of your ImmersivTour you will receive a unique link from us that will enable you to embed the tour within your website.

You must await an email from us with the subject Completed Virtual Tour.

Wordpress plugin

The following wordpress plugin need to be installed.

WP Matterport Shortcode

Installation

1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/wp-matterport-shortcode directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.

2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
